14 Days Right of Withdrawal Period
You have the right to revoke your order within 14 days after receipt. If you wish to return your order, the product must be returned in its original, unused condition and packaging.

How can I return an item?
Do you want to return an item? You can do this at your own risk and expense. Do not forget to put sufficient postage on your package.

Tip for returns within the Netherlands:
We recommend sending your package with 'PostNL signature for receipt'. This way you know for sure who received the package and when. The estimated costs of this return shipment are approximately € 10.00.

How quickly will I be refunded after returning an item?
As soon as we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. We will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of your cancellation notice. Please note that the refund will only take place after we have received the product in good order.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase (where technically possible).

Within what period can I return an item?
You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) physically takes possession of the product.

To meet the cancellation period, you must inform us of your decision to cancel within this period. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Can I exercise the right of withdrawal?
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that are missing the original packaging. Therefore, check carefully that you return all components completely.

Returns are at your own risk. This means that BraShiDa Jewels BV is not liable for any damage or loss of returned items.
