Your BraShiDa purchase is in good hands with us. Your mineral is packed and shipped in sturdy packaging. When placing your order in our checkout, choose your delivery method. We ship your package for free within the Netherlands from € 50.00, below this amount we charge €5.95.
Delivery to your home with DHL
Ordered before 3pm on weekdays (Mon-Fri), we will ship your order the same day via DHL. The delivery person will visit you the next day between 8:30 and 21:30. For orders within the EU we ship with POSTNL or DHL and the shipping costs are € 12.50. Outside the EU the shipping costs are €20.00 depending on the weight of the package. Multiple and current shipping options can be found during the ordering process. When the order is shipped you will receive an email with a possible tracking number.
For orders within the Netherlands, orders placed before 15:00 on Monday to Thursday will in principle be delivered the next day. If you are not at home, the package will be offered again the next working day.
Ordered after 3pm on Friday and/or during the weekend, will be delivered on Tuesday.
If you place an order on Friday after 12:00 or on Saturday or Sunday, we will ship your order the following Monday.
Tracking your order after it has been shipped.
When your order has been shipped by us, you will receive an email confirmation with the Track & Trace code if applicable. With this code, the package can be tracked via Track & Trace from DHL or POSTNL. If you receive the message 'no notifications were found for this combination', it is possible that PostNL or DPD has not yet processed the Track & Trace. In that case, you can request the status of your package the next working day. Do you still see this message after two working days, without having received your package? Then contact our customer service. We are happy to help you further.
